This session will focus on the essential soft skills—effective communication, time management, and adaptability—that Adult Basic Education learners need to increase confidence, enhance employability, and achieve long-term success. Participants will learn strategies for embedding these skills into curricula and classroom routines through intentional modeling and explicit instruction.
